Made to order: 2–3 weeks before shipping

Everything at PRESCIENT is made to order. Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks from order confirmation for production and dispatch. This is the time needed before your order is handed to the shipping carrier; it is not a delivery estimate.

Delivery after dispatch

Carrier transit time is additional and varies with the destination and delivery service. Available delivery options and the shipping charges we collect are displayed at checkout. A carrier transit estimate does not include our 2–3-week production and dispatch period unless expressly stated.

Delays and your rights

If we cannot ship your order within the stated period, we will contact you with an updated estimate and provide any delay notice, cancellation option or refund required by applicable law. Made-to-order status does not remove statutory cancellation rights or remedies for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods. See our Returns Policy.
