Return and Refund Policy

Custom Made-to-Order Goods Notice All items sold by PRESCIENT are custom manufactured or modified specifically for the customer upon receipt of an order. Pursuant to standard commercial law regarding "custom-made" or "bespoke" goods, these items are exempt from standard "cooling-off" periods and change-of-mind returns.

Final Sale Policy All sales are final. PRESCIENT does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, sizing errors made by the customer, or buyer's remorse. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that production begins shortly after payment and materials are allocated specifically to your order.

Defects and Contractual Non-Conformance If a product arrives with a manufacturing defect or is significantly different from the product description, you must notify us within 72 hours of the delivery timestamp.

• Claims must include high-resolution photos of the defect and the original packaging.

• If a defect is verified, PRESCIENT reserves the right to first repair or replace the item.

• Refunds will only be issued if a replacement is unavailable.
