Shipping Policy
Customers are responsible for understanding the difference between Production Time and Transit Time.

Production Time (3–5 Weeks):
The time required to manufacture your made-to-order item. -
Transit Time (Variable):
The time it takes the shipping carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, or equivalent) to deliver your order after it leaves our facility.
Transit time is outside of PRESCIENT’s control and may vary based on destination and carrier conditions.
Order Cancellations
Order cancellations are permitted within twenty-four (24) hours of purchase.
After 24 hours, the order is locked into our production queue, materials have been allocated, and the order cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
Transfer of Risk
Title and risk of loss pass to the customer once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.
PRESCIENT is not responsible for:

Packages lost by the carrier

Packages marked as delivered but stolen (“porch piracy”)
Customers are encouraged to monitor tracking information closely and consider secure delivery options.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for all re-shipping costs.
